Time! Yes Every Monday I will be updating you on the progress of my weight loss. I hope that I can really go all the way this time...
So, my first goal is a big one! But.. I am marching towards victory for even starting this campaign.
Are you ready to Lose!? Hell yea!
Must...

work!
[huff huff huff] Okay, that's enough for today.
We keep forgetting to get a scale. I'll join you as soon as I get one. And shoes. I need new walking shoes before I can begin. And a haircut. Because if I'm going to be working out I need to look good. And maybe I should wait until...
ReplyDeleteBest wishes on your new lifestyle change :0) *Hugs*
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the weight loss! Can't wait to hear how it's going. Maybe you'll inspire me. ;)
ReplyDeleteI wish you good luck!
ReplyDeleteI always park in the back of parking lots so I have to WALK to the door...my friends all complain about this.
My sister swears by Weight Watchers, she lost 40 lbs using it like 7 years ago and has kept it off.
ReplyDeleteGood luck buddy!
KB and I both invested in a month of NutriSystems. If it works (and by works I mean KB will probably lose all of what he wants to lose and I'll lose a few pounds of many) I'll do it again and again.
ReplyDeleteWeight Watchers has worked for me in the past. So, GOOD LUCK. It'll work for you. Just remember to write everything down!
Oh, I need to do that. Well, lose weight. I could drop about 6lbs!! Need to get running again. Unfortunately, brilliant me left my running shoes in Montana, so waiting for them to arrive via pony express!
ReplyDeletecyberbro: you don't know the half of it. my body is no longer an excercised machine. time to rememdy.
ReplyDeleteEdie:  yea. I used excuses for a long time. One little thing at a time, always moving forward is the only way I can do anything. I get overwhelmed easily, and once things become habit, its a lot easier.
Miss 1999: thanks sweets! sighs. it isn't easy.
karma: well, anything I can do, just let me know.
nonny: I konw it works. I lost 45 last year, before that drastic life change, I know that I can do it again.
Cindy: Good Luck you two. Anyone who at least tries is a winner in my book. can't wait to hear about your success.
Snowbug: ah.. I joined the Y. So the kid can play and I can workout. So many perks there, swimming, gym, yoga... keep me posted!
Completely unrelated to your post: When are you coming to visit? I know you were in Texas for the holidays but who has time to visit over the holidays? Let me know next time, okay? I'll even meet you half way from whereever you are (actually, I'll meet you more than half way because I love roadtripping in Texas). Hey, I'll even buy the first round. :)
ReplyDeletei'm with ya, sister!!
ReplyDeletei'm going to do SouthBeach, as you know, come Feb 1st, with the hubby (i have my doubts he'll really do it, but whatever, i am)
progress is progress, and we'll all cheer you on so you can cheer us on, too.
i'm with barngoddess, i do the same thing. though, i suppose i should add a little more to my exercise regimine (sp?) LOL, i kid. curves is helping me a lot. i'm sure you'll enjoy the Y.

ReplyDeletewhen I walk around here, the neighbor dogs are always barking as we go by ..lol
you'll do good! good luck.
Ohh YAY! I can't wait for your update!
